Mandatory Body Checking Clinic for All Players New to the Jr. Grads

These have been scheduled for all players; goalies are not required to attend.  Players MUST register in advance to attend the clinic to be held prior to the tryouts and to take part in the tryouts.  See below for body checking dates and levels.

Please note that there is a cost of $10.00 per player, payable at the door.  Exact cash only.

20:00-20:50 @ Senecal ORC        Bantam & Midget (minor and major)

This is for players only....no goalies please.

Head Coaches for these levels should attend their session. 

If you have already attended an ODHA body checking clinic, please indicate to us when you attended and who the istructors was.  The instructor has to be a cirtified ODHA body checking instructor.  Please confirm your attendance with secretary@cumberland-jrgrads.com, Jr. Grads Secretary by August 15^th.  Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of your start time.  Attendance will be taken.
